Psychic Training Course

You might be surprised to learn that everybody has psychic powers. In fact, research has revealed that even some animals have this natural gift. These powers allow us to make sense and fully understand the bigger, mysterious world that surrounds us - a world that is flowing with energy.

It is very exciting for anybody just discovering this power and energy, especially when they realise the possibilities of tapping into this power. You see, with this energy, you and I have the resources to access information that was previously hidden from us. We can harness the energy and use it to heal not only ourselves but also others, including our loved ones. In fact it will even allow us to discover and access other subtle worlds and their inhabitants.

Yes, there are so many mysteries waiting to be explored and solved, simply by using our natural gift of psychic powers. But how can you tell if you are psychic?

It is very easy to find out just how psychic you are simply by answering a very simple question: Have you at any point, felt that you have possessed or gained knowledge from a source that you could not readily identify?

How you answer that question will reveal to you just how psychic you are. You might not be able to think of any examples right now but let me give you some examples that might help you to realise your psychic intuition:

Have you ever instinctively known who was calling even before you have answered the phone? Perhaps you have picked up your mail and known exactly what was in an envelope before you have even opened it? Or has there been a situation when an inner voice has warned you about taking a specific course of action or even about a particular person? These are the sorts of situations that will reveal to you how to tell if you are psychic.

Dreams also give indications of how psychic you are. They are fascinating and act as pathways into the psychic world. How you dream and what you make of your dreams is a powerful indicator that will reveal your psychic capabilities and may even waken latent psychic abilities.

For the majority of people, their psychic abilities don’t really develop beyond the dreaming stage. In fact most people don’t even remember their dreams when they wake up, or if they do, it is generally just bits of the dream that they remember. Even then, memories of the dreams generally fade away during the course of the day.

However, if you have strong psychic abilities during your dreams you may experience very strong feelings of de ja vu. Or you may have very vivid dreams that you can remember long after waking up. In some case you might even make sense of your dreams and derive some meanings from the symbols contained in them.

There are other, more obvious ways that will show you how to tell if you are psychic, and that is the interests and other leisure pursuits that you might have. These interests could even be a subtle calling towards exploring your intuitive side. For instance, you might be drawn to tarot cards and feel a lure towards the symbols and meanings of the cards and what they are trying to tell you.

Other interests could be a sub-conscious desire to learn more about ESP, Neuro-linguistic programming and dream-walking. Some people might dismiss these things as superstition or try to seek a more logical explanation for what they experience. However, a true psychic knows that there is no such thing as superstition and will want to begin their journey exploring the subtle realms of this world just as others throughout the centuries have done.

If that is how you feel then there many classes and courses on topics such as meditation, dream recall and energy healing that will help you. There are bound to be classes in your area and they will share both old and new techniques that will allow you to explore these realms further.

Another important indicator that will show you how to tell if you are psychic is simply by looking at the experiences that you have had in your life. Most people will try and dismiss any out-of-the-ordinary or apparently unexplainable events or abilities as mere superstition or that they are coincidental.

As a psychic, the chances are you will have already touched and had access to this realm on many occasions during your life. If that is the case you have taken your first steps to an adventure of a lifetime simply by developing your talents and making them a conscious part of your life. This will open up a whole new world to you and allow you to uncover all of the wonderful mysteries waiting to be explored by using your psychic powers.

Psychic development classes are terribly important to your development as a psychic.  They give you a new perspective on how to develop your psychic abilitiy, and they can provide you with some great one-on-one, personalized guidance, or a serious plan of action that has been tested on hundreds of other people.

With a regular book, you get some of this, but with a course, you usually get quite a bit more.

There are many signs and symptoms of psychic abilities which one should be aware of. Seeing these signs is a very strong indication that your skills are budding and should be encouraged to grow even more.

If you begin having strange dreams or visions about people you do not know or have not spoken to in a long time, you may be experiencing a basic form of dreamwalking or clairvoyance.

Many times, spontaneous awakening of your powers can feel almost like a panic attack. You should, of course, seek medical help should you find this happening to you, but you should know that one of the best ways to improve this condition is to work with psychic development exercises. In general, psychics who experience the most severe attacks will be the most powerful, though this is probably not a good reward to have.

Psychic powers tend to come into their own during puberty, and on occasion, some common problems of the age: mood swings, increased anxiety and self-consciousness, are also common symptoms of psychic abilities in older people. As such, any extremes in these feelings could be construed as a possible development.

Of course, there are other symptoms which are a bit nicer to experience.

Some psychics have felt that their first awakening came when they first met their spirit guides.

Others have noticed that their powers are awakened when they find or commit to a spiritual or religious path which is more aligned with their personal beliefs.

Some people don’t have any symptoms which indicate an awakening of psychic powers, it simply happens for them on their own.

Alexis, on Gamma Meditation blog, posted a very interesting entry a while ago, where she breaks down the states of consciousness according to their function as soul energy.

You can measure the amount of electric impulses, and their speed, using EEG technology, but it’s most often done by simply meditating using Binaural Beat Patterns or BBPs, which often help people attain certain states of consciousness.

Anyways, she has been doing a lot of research on her blog on this topic, and she posted a very interesting item on her blog back in January. She presumes, correctly, that meditation in Gamma state can help you get in touch with your “psychic self”, as she says.

There have been many studies done which measure the kinds of activities associated with each state of consciousness, and among those things which are done naturally in Gamma state are deep sleep, deep meditation, and psychic trance.

What may be a surprise to many people who have never developed psychic abilities is that the visions and messages that we get are rarely crystal clear. More often than not, a psychic sees blurred images on receives somewhat conflicting messages, which can be difficult to make out or interpret exactly. This often leads to errors in interpretations, bad advice, and a negative experience for all involved parties.

So how do you sharpen psychic abilities to the point where you will see an increase in the accuracy of your predictions? This is a question we all must ask ourselves if we are to work towards mastering psychic abilities.

Well, it should be noted that many people believe that it is impossible for one to sharpen their psychic abilities based on their perceptions of the way the universe works. As I wrote in my Predestination or Choice article, there are millions of psychics out there who believe that fate is based on the decisions we make today, and that it is nearly impossible to predict things far off into the future. People who believe this often claim that the fuzziness or distortion in what we see in images or receive in psychic messages is based on the fact that there are still some decisions which must be made in order to reach this point.

In this case, our inability to see is based in practicality, and is put in as a safety measure.

Of course, there are many times where psychics see things with perfect clarity, and they work out the way that is planned. This is common in cases where the inevitable will happen, giving further credence to the argument above.

However, it is still possible to sharpen our psychic powers, and the methods in which we can do that are abundant. As always, dedicated application of guided meditation, as well as journaling, will keep your psychic power in practice, and works like exercise for your “psychic muscles”.

Working with chakras, particularly in cleansing and strengthening the abilities of your third eye, is very helpful for most individuals in sharpening their psychic powers. Yoga can also be a benefit, since the chakra system is based on philosophies handed down through yogic tradition.

If doing readings with a particular divination tool, you may want to try and switch to a different tool, or try learning a new method of divination. Since there is no one tool which can tell us everything, you may find that tarot cards give certain information, while runes, or the I Ching give you more information, better clarity, or specify particular aspects which your other divination systems were unable to provide.

Thus, the question of how to sharpen psychic abilities is a difficult one to answer, based heavily in your belief system.
